There's something delicious coming to Bayshore. This spring, the Glendale shopping center will welcome Wisconsin's first location for Mochinut, a national franchise best known for their uniquely shaped mochi doughnuts. The shop, which is expected to open in Spring of 2023, will be located next to Potbelly at 5735 N. Bayshore Dr. Founded in Cerritos, California, Mochinut specializes in mochi doughnuts, the ingenius fusion of two classic snacks: Japanese mochi and American doughnuts. The fried treats are made with a rice flour dough that's fried, glazed and often embellished with other toppings.
