The California State Legislature has passed a resolution to honor the legacy of former First Lady Pat Nixon by designating a portion of the 91-freeway in her name. The 2.5-mile stretch from Pioneer Boulevard to Carmenita Road will officially be known as the 'First Lady Pat Nixon Memorial Highway.'
