Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services company, has acquired Chicago-based ROC Group. The companies didn't disclose terms of the transaction. Founded in 1998, ROC Group is an employee communication agency specializing in human resources and workforce change. ROC's Jan Burnham and her team will join Gallagher's employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations under the direction of Ben Reynolds, Arthur J. Gallagher 's global managing director, employee experience and communication practice.
